Live EEG neurofeedback demonstration

The course connected foundational neuroscience, sport psychology, and neurofeedback in sport. During a live EEG demonstration, participants could follow the feedback loop as recordings changed, and discuss the practical decisions involved in designing an intervention.

課程串連神經科學基礎、運動心理學與神經回饋的運動表現應用。透過現場腦波神經回饋示範,學員得以直接觀察訓練迴路與即時變化,理解介入設計背後的操作邏輯。

The organiser’s course record

The training programme’s public record highlights preparation under pressure, interpreting EEG alongside the task, timing and recording artefacts, and combining psychological skills with neurofeedback before testing performance without feedback.

Psychological skills provide regulation strategies; EEG and feedback provide observable cues. These must be considered alongside athlete experience and task performance. EEG does not read thoughts, and a classroom demonstration is not evidence of training efficacy.
