PURPOSE

Make hidden preparation visible—and useful.

Athletes and coaches can see the outcome. The harder question is what changed before it. EEG and HRV offer a measured view of attention, physiological regulation, and movement preparation.

METHOD

Find the signal. Train the response. Test the transfer.

The method begins with markers supported by a cumulative research programme. Feedback is then individualised and linked to the athlete's own task.
